Why haven’t I been offered Klarna?

Availability is determined automatically by Klarna’s algorithm and may depend on:

  • Address and cardholder details

  • Order amount

  • Item availability

  • Previous order history

Payment process

  • Payments are collected automatically from the card you provided.

  • First payment: when the order is confirmed.

  • Second and third: 30 and 60 days later.

  • Track everything in the Klarna app.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Once the store accepts your return, Klarna cancels future payments and refunds any collected amounts.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Partial returns update your schedule automatically in the Klarna app.

Missed or failed payments

  • Klarna will retry 2 days after a failed attempt.

  • If unsuccessful, Klarna issues a statement for the full outstanding balance, payable in 15 days.

  • Klarna will notify you before attempting collection.

  • Your credit score is not affected by late payments using Klarna’s “Pay Later in 3” product.

  • View all Klarna orders in the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk.

  • Payments, schedules, and refunds are updated instantly in your Klarna account.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes — all payment information is processed securely by Klarna.
